Ron is widely recognized as a visionary figure in the geospatial industry with over 30 years of experience in the advanced software technologies including more than 20 years of advanced database and spatial information systems. Ron is best known as the father of Geography Markup Language (GML) an ISO and Open GIS data standard and a founding member of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). Prior to founding Galdos, Ron spent three years at Laser Management International as a Vice President of Engineering and 10 years at Macdonald Dettwiler (TSX: MDA) as a Principal Engineer. |
Shaukat Jiwa, President & Chief Operating Officer

Shaukat brings over 25 years of administration and organizational experience to his role. Prior to joining Galdos, Shaukat spent 9 years as the CIO of a major municipality and 12 years at Macdonald Dettwiler, where he held various roles, the last being Director of MIS. |
Bill Macdonald, Vice-President Engineering

Bill brings over 30 years of international experience in systems and software engineering. Prior to joining Galdos, Bill was Director of Operations for OSI Geospatial. He also spent 14 years at MacDonald Dettwiler, where he held various operations/project management and business development roles. |
Richard Brown, Vice-President Sales & Marketing

Richard has over 20 years of international sales experience in systems, products, and consultancy. Prior to joining Galdos, Richard held the position of Director, International Sales with DigitalGlobe for five years. He also has spent 14 years with MacDonald Dettwiler, where held positions in business development and project management. |
