The translation which was undertaken by the Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing China, reflects the growing interest in GML in the Chinese GIS community. “We were very happy to co-operate on this translation and look forward to further co-operation with the University on a range of issues”, said Mr. Lake.
Mr. Lake was recently the guest of Nanjing Normal University’s Geomatics Department where he delivered a guest lecture on the “Frontiers of the GeoWeb”.
