Open standards are critical in other domains than the GeoWeb.
Galdos has executed projects that leverage standards for aviation information (AIXM, SWIM, and WXXM) and emergency response (NIEM – the National Information Exchange Model), and in the geotechnical field, working with the Data Interchange for Geotechnical and GeoEnvironmental Specialists (DIGGS).
Galdos has done work in the rapidly-expanding field of CityGML, working on projects that leverage the data to manage urban development, as well as building products and tools that view and manage CityGML data, such as INtune and INspector.
