Galdos Systems products can be deployed stand-alone, or can provide a platform for developing customized applications. Galdos products include INtune™ SDI Framework, INdicio™ Web Registry, and INscape™ Web Feature Service.
INtune™ SDI Framework
INtune is a Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) framework that combines a number of other components to provide the infrastructure to build a peer-to-peer network for data sharing. Schema mapping and GML lie at the core of this capability. INtune provides a central control and administration utility, and connectors that allow peer systems to communicate with one another. The connectors share data through publications and subscriptions. Local policy decision and enforcement points can be created to meet business needs. Security frameworks are available at a variety of levels throughout the network and messaging infrastructure. INtune is designed to facilitate data sharing between members in the network where GIS and database configurations are heterogeneous.
INdicio™ Web Registry
INdicio is a Web Registry Service (WRS) that conforms to the OGC Catalogue Services for the Web (CSW) specification. INdicio uses the electronic business registry information model (ebRIM) standards from OASIS to allow complex business models and service offerings to be defined within the WRS. The core functionality offered by INdicio is the ability to find, publish, and bind data and services. It also offers security and authentication services, as well as life-cycle management services.
INscape™ Web Feature Service
INscape (formerly known as Cartalinea™) is a Web Feature Service (WFS) that conforms to OGC WFS specifications. INscape supports transactions to implement incremental updates between multiple WFS. INscape’s access control is implemented through Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). INscape was the first WFS to be fully compliant with the OGC WFS 1.0 standard; it supports GML and spatial operators for the OGC Filter standard, and works with Esri’s ArcSDE.
